number three lacrosse team in the . nation at Annapolis Saturday
afternoon.
The Middies lost their first game of the season Saturday to
Princeton after rolling over their first four opponents and beating
Maryland in a close overtime bat

the rest of the season, said Thiel.

Smith, who was unable to don a

still sidelined and will not be in

had been working out with the
lacrosse team early in the after
noon and then practicing with the
football squad in their Spring
drills after 5 o’clock.
He sprained both ankles in a
football scrimmage, but Thiel
hopes that he will be ready to
start in the Syracuse game next
week.
