Election After Thoughts
TO THE EDITOR: In previous e lections when
the voting in college elections wlas low the students
wer e reminded that the turnout was poor. This
year the number of people voting was not as high
'as is desired by many of us; 'however, I think com
pliments should
.be extended to the students who
took the time 'to cast their ballots. Actording to
the figures available, approximately 47 per cent of
the seniors, 48 per cent of the juniors, and 41 per
cent of the sophomores vloited in this election: This
mean's that approximately 4 . 4 per cent of the stu
dent.. body went to the polls. '
'This proves several XactOrs: the students are in_

TO THE EDITOR: We read with Interest the an..
