get us into trouble, but they can
perpetuate peace."
(In explaining his plan, Dr.
Champlin says, "We will not force
ourselves upon these countries,
but be glad to be invited. The
smart people will want to know
about us, as our educational sys
tem is so highly rated."
The damage Hitler has done
to the schools, he believes, will
be lessened because there are
enough good Germans gradually
being released who will be avail
able for the reorganization of
Germany's schools.
