Martha Horn, Clara Vreeland, and
Louise Zimmerer.
Proceeds of the dance are to be
put toward a newly originated
Student Union building fund.
Mrs. Carroll Lectures
Mrs. Leon Carroll will give a
lecture at 4:15 p.m. April 28 in 110
Home Economics under the spon
sorship of Omicron Nu. Her topic
will be "Are You Training for
Front Line Duty in Home Eco
nomics?" All home economics stu

For Bridge Party

day's Pan-Hellenic Formal activ
ity with Red Cross • donations to

completed arrangements for a
large-scale ' , Benefit -Bridge, to' be
held in the Northwest and' South
west lounges of Atherton Hall from
7:80 to 9:80 -tonight.
Plans have been carried out
under the direction of Done •Tro
vaibli and• Betsy Merkle, Council
members in charge of the func
tion.
Five local merchants have pro
vided prizes for. the Benefit: Blair
Gift Shop, Charles', Danks and
Company, McLanahan's, and
Schlow's Quality Shop.
Panqlellenic Council is paying
all expenses of the Benefit Bridge
as its direct donation as an or
ganization, to 'Red Cross drive,
Miss Trovaioli stated. Although
proceeds of the Formal were given
to the Drive, the affair was fi
nanced by assessments made on
each 'sorority.

iod, each' lid receives a member
ship' card, which entitles her to
serve as .a hostess in any US,
canteen in the country.
