Armory Dance Heads
PS Club Activities
Penn State Club will sponsor a
dance in the Armory from 8 until
11 o'clock tonight. Music will con
sist of records, amplified over the
public address system, according
to Edmund R. Koval, chairman.
Ray A. Zaroda, president of the
club, invites all students to take
advantage of the organization's
facilities, again reminding that the
clubroom is open daily from 3 to 5
p.m. for those who wish to join.

Cash Prize Contest
Penn State Engineer is conduc
ting a monthly article contest with
first prize of $lO, and $5 going to
the runner-up.
Any subject may be treated,
and the articles are judged on a
basis of interest and writing abil
ity. The first of the month pre
ceding the month of publication
is the deadline for submission of
all contest material. For example,
'August 1 for the September issue.
All items received after the dead
line will automatically be enter
ed in the following month's con
test. All articles submitted be
come the property of the Engi
neer.
Articles may be turned in by
any college student, serviceman,
or special student. Entries may
be delivered or mailed to the
Penn State Engineer, Room 1, Ar

Coeds To Pajama Party
At Mac, Women's
Cwens, sophomore women's hon
orary will sponsor the traditional
pajama party fox freshman coeds
in the lounges of Mac Hall and
Women's Building from 9 to 10
p.m. Sunday, according to Ann
Louise Decker, president.
Both the freshmen and sopho
mores will contribute to' the pro
gram. Each freshman hall unit will
prepare a skit to be presented that
night. Jeanette M. Ehlers will give
a mnsical• reading; G. Patricia
Hallberg will dance; and M. Jane
McChesney will sing. Refresh
ments will be served.
All freshman coeds, including
those living downtown, afire urged
to come, Miss Decker added.
