more confident game.
Both teams scored a single un
earned run in the first inning, the
Tekes on a walk, an infield out
and McKee's single over third.
Six walks kept Phi Delt pitcher
Yeagley in trouble throughout
much of the game. Philips tallied
on his single, a passed ball and
error through third in the home
half of the.inning.
Phi Delts went ahead when they
tallied a - single run in the last of
the third, while TKE showed that
they were still very much in the
ball game when they tied the
count with a marker in the fourth.
The score now stood at 2-2. •
Two Phi Delt runs in the final
half of the fourth broke the see
saw scoring and pushed the win
ners into a lead from which they
were never headed, Third base
man Moriarta topped off a nice
defensive game with a powerful
four-bagger to left center that was
the final hail in the TKE coffin.
