We, The Women
For The Frosh
We Don't Know---
This column is intended only for
those freShman women whose
names we don't yet know. It is for
you who weren't elected to offiCes,
whoSe names haven't appeared in•
a gossip column, who aren't being
rushed by every sorority.
Every year there are freshman
women with outstanding ability
who fail to make a big "splash" at
the beginning. Perhaps it is be
cause of personal reticence; per
haps the opportunity just didn't
come their way.
The point is this: don't think that
your chance is gone.
,Some of the
most outstanding. women in this
year's senior class were unheard of
as freshmen. And some Of those
whom everybody knew then have
been forgotten.
• Remember, your college career
is only beginOing. This campus is
unsurpassed in the range of activi
ties open to women. Regardless of
your interest, there is a place for
you. Go find it!
