Students Released
After Theft of Car
Two students, involved in the theft I
of a ear belonging to Dr. D. R.. L.
Robison, 418 Garner street, were re
lensed from the borough jail when
their brothers arranged for a settle
ment with Doctor Robison.
The Ebensburg highway patrol or
borough police will bring charges
against the - students for operating a
motor• vehicle without the proper li
cense. Another student, alleged to
have driven the car, will face the
same charges.
Doctor Robison released the insur
ance company from any responsibil
ity in the case when it was under
stood that the two boys will pay for
damages to the tar.
Dr. Anderson Elected
Dr. Clarence S. Anderson, profes
sor of agricultural education, was re
cently elected a member of the re
search committee of the American
Vocational Association. Ile is also
chairman of the regional branch of
this committee.

Plan Special Buses
For Easter Vacation
Announcement was made today by
the Pennsylvania Greyhound Bus
Lines that a system of reservations
for special buses would be put in
operation for the Easter vacation.
The system proved successful at its
inception Christmas vacation, Grey
hound officials said.
Buses will leave from in front of
the Education building at 12:30 o'-
clock Wednesday, March 24, bound
for Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, New
York, Harrisburg, Altoona, Pitts
burgh, Sunbury, Philadelphia,

Feb.. Dispensary Calls
Show. Rise Over 1936
Statistics released today by Dr. Jo
seph P. ltitenour, of the College
Health Service, show an increase of
734 calls made at the dispensary this
February over February of 1935.
Although there were five less bed
Patients handled in the hospital last
month than there were during the
same period last year, the ninety pa
tients taken care of remained for 363
days as compared with the ninety
five patients last year for 299 days.
This "business increase" is a con
tinuation of the general increase that.
was previously reported for the first
semester of this college year.
Presents Scientific
Papers at Meeting
Two members of the department of
ceramics and four graduate students
in the School of Mineral Industries
will present a total of seven scientific
papers at the annual meeting of the
American Ceramic Society in New
York City next Monday. The'meet..
ihg will be attended by the junior and
senior 'ceramic. students, who will be
en their annual field trip.
Five of the papers will be read be
fore the glass division of the Society
by Dr. Nelson W. Taylor and Bennett
S. Eilefson, of the department of cer
amics, and graduate students Paul S.

and WoldeMar Weyl. Edward C. Hen
