will give Madden the stiffest compe

Ralph Bald. Pitt No. 2 man, will
be another who must be reckoned
with. He holds overwhelming victo
ries which cannot be overlooked when
predicting a match. State's No. 2
man will be rather busy with Bald.
Pitt's individual stars do not stop
with their first two men. All down

Thus far the team has won four of
their six contests. After losing the
opener to Cornell, 6 to 3, the netters
captured the next four matches be
fore they again fell in defeat. Syra,
cuse, Bucknell, Dickinson, and Get
tysburg were beaten, most of them
by big margins. In the last match,
however, Navy, perennial nemesis to
the tennis team won a 6 to 3 decision.
