at 6:30 o'clock in the Hugh Beaver
Room in Old Main.
Every seat for each number in the
series of the Artists' Course has been
sold. However, patrons holding series
tickets find it impossible at times to
attend sonic particular number of the
course. In such cases the Student
Union Office is ready to act as inter
mediary so that unused tickets for a
particular number may be turned in
to that office and either sold to other
purchasers (the purchase price to be
turned over to the original owners)
or, if some owners prefer, given to
those who might otherwise be unable
to attend. This courtesy on the part
of the holders of series tickets will,
we feel; be greatly appreciated by
those who otherwise could secure
tickets for standing room only.

the Woman's Club and Parent-Teach

children receive instruction in handi

Average attendance at the Sunday
school is between twenty-five and fif
ty squirming children. Several of the
older boys are building benches for
those who have been compelled to
stand each week.
Adults often attend the Sunday
school although many of them are
handicapped by their inability to read
and consequently cannot use the hymn
books. The children are fond of en
tertaining their parents and enjoy
giving lengthy programs where they
recite poems.
The making of paper furniture for
doll houses became so fascinating at
the handicraft class last Saturday
that before the afternoon period xas
over, older boys and girls were busy
at it, too. Pisturesque Bible stories
are favorites with the children end
many ingenious explanations are ad
vanced to explain them by young and
imaginative minds.

Mason Chief Penn Hope
Mason, '145-pounder from the Uni
versity of Pennsylvania, will probably
be the chief hone of the Philadelphia
school at the tourney. The other two
Penn men are Bochman in the 125-

pound division.
The most promising entry front the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
is Captain Carey, who fights in the
145-pound division. Three team
mates will accompany him to the
tourney: Brooks, 125; Wetheril, 135;
Jewitt, a heavyweight.
Pruitt Probably Out
Lion mitmen will drill hard through
the early part of this week and final
selections will be announced in about
three days. The nose injury which
Briggs Pruitt suffered in the Army
tilt Saturday will probably place him
on the disabled list as far as the in
tercollegiutes is concerned.
Nebel, who has been fighting out
of his class most "cif the 'season, will
probably be the Lion entry in the 155-
pound class where he will have an op
portunity ti) try' his mettle against
some opponents with whom he is
evenly matched in weight.
James W. Sinden, of the deparement
of botany, is responsible for this im
provement, which has been patented
by the College, and several spawn
makers have been licensed to produce
it.
