R. A. Features Supplanting the usual• International Debate, an Intercollegiate Forum will feature the first seasonal program under the supervision of the Forensic Council when two University of Pitts burgh speakers meet two members of the College debating team in Schwab auditorium at 7:30 o'clock Saturday night. The topic of the forum reads, "Should the. essential features of the N. I. It. A. be, adopted as the perman ent policy of the United States?" As the forum plan has been modified to meet local conditions, each represen tative will speak for twelve minutes and.then will be allowed a short per iod in which to restate his views or criticize other views expressed. May Question Speakers Under the forum plan, members of the audience may ask questions of the speakers or contribute their own view points. The discussion is closed by an• authority in the field of discussion who points out the weaknesses of the ideas presented or gives his own views. No judges decision concern ing the merits of the speakers is ren dered. Professor John H. Prizzsll, head of the public speaking division, will pre side at the forum here Saturday night. Dr. Carl. W.
