Baldinger. ’33'and James W. Townsend *35 will represent Penn State in a contest with William and Mary College at Williamsburg, Va., December *19.. . The Penn State debaters will defend the negative side of the question, “Re solved, that all intergovernmental war debts, including reparations, should be cancelled.” .Accompanied by Prof. John H.
