Bowed by the tremendous weight of
tho Wyoming Seminary eleven, the
freshman gridders closed their season
at Kingston Saturday by being shoved
into the mud, 25-to-0.
Battling in a downpour of vain, the
Lion cubs resisted the powerful on
slaught of the Seminary team for the
first two periods of the game, the
count at the end of the half showing
only a six-point margin for the Wyom
ings. Toward the end of the game,
however, the crushing drive of the
103-pound Kingston line completely
tore down the slightest semblance of a
Nittany defense.
