Rush '32, presi dent of the judiciary body. "Jurymen are disposed to be too lax in thew judgments," Rush said. "It is very thscomaging to work up evidence against some particularly faulty freshmen only to have the giry stick on a light sentence for the mis demeanors." "Members of the Tribunal them selves could serve as judges. When twenty or more freshmen nre being tried, the jurymen lose interest to ward the lost on the list.
