bung the annual Intel scholastic bas
ketball tournament back to Penn

State College is the logical place foi
the games, both geopaphically and

Mr. Ruble sass in part that the
question is one that should find sup
poi t among all the leading high
schools of the State. Ile feels that
with a conflict of dates such as caused
the change ul location of the tourna
