Avsociation Makes Major Changes
Limiting Substitutions to
Referee's Time•out
Too major changes worn incorporat
ed in the lacrosse rules for the 1931
season, according to a recent report
of the Rules Committee of the Intel
collegiate Lacrosse association.
While facing the ball, and until
the ball has been carried out of the
Lenten circle, the two opposing cen
ter players shall be the only members
of either team permitted to handle
the ball while it is within this circle.
