About 60 per cent of the giaduates are now in forestry woik in all parts of the countiy. , The Mont Alto Forest School was established in 1003 hy the late Dr. .T T RothrocK, generally recognized as the ‘father of Pennsylvania forestry.’ The forest school at Penn State was established as a professional forest school in 1005 as a department in the School of Agnculturc.
