Metallurgy, has accepted a positron
as an instructor in the department of
ceramics here '
; Bair — was one of the most popular
students in the School of Mines , and
Metallurgy for the past several yeses,
and was president of the Sigma Gam
ma Epsilon, honorary mining fratern
ity. He was also a member of Tau
Beta Pi, a secretary of the Mining
Society and a member of Student
Council He his anent, parts of five
years with 'the, Keystone Brick com
pany of WatsonPown. and was abort
to be appointed superintendent of
the plant there when he accepted the
Penn State offer.
It is reported That a number of
sophomores and Juniors have been at
tracted to the course in ceramics and
pre'eniolling in , Professor Shaw's de
