A Fox News camera-man will he on
hand to take pictures of the event.
According to. a special decision of
the Tribunal, freshman in costume
will not be required to wean• dinky on
this day. However, the Poverty Day
committee emphasizes the fact that
freshmen will not be excused from
taking part in the affair• which begins
with first classes Saturday morning.
The committee consisting of R. A.
McQuade '27, C. P. Lippincott '2B,
S. buck E. It. Weston '27. W. E.
Pritchard '27, J. C. Llelfield '2B, and
C. A. Yost '29. will act as judges.
First prizes are as follows: original
ity group, ten dollars donated by the
Student Council: hobo group. five dol
lars donated by the Photo Shop; mov
ie-actor group, ten dollars donated by
Maurice Itaum and for the float
group, fifteen dollars donated by State
College restaurants and candy stores.

ercises Ralph Dorn lietzel, LLD., will
be installed es I'wtn State's tenth
president Tuesday, June fourteenth.
The Commencement procession will
start at nine-forty.five o'clock in the
morning and fifteen minutes later the
installation will begin with the induc
tion of the president. Administration
of the oath of office will be given by
Judge 11. Walton Mitchell,- president
of the Board of 'Trustees. Dr. Ilct
•rel will make his inaugural address
immediately before the conferring of
degrees.
