Commencement Plans

uate commencement activities. The
last three days of the program are
reserved for tile seniors and their
guests. the alumni and the guests of
the College. On Saturday the annual
meeting of the Board of Trustees and
the election of members to that b o dy
will be held. Other events listed for
the day are athletic events, a meet
ing of the Alumni council, class Imo
guts and reunions and a performance
by the Thespians.
Baccalaureate Sunday
Baccalaureate Sunday will come on
June twelfth. The Baccalaureate
ser
non, a timid concert, vesper services
and musicale will he planned for the
day.
The most important day of the en
tire program, front a standpoint of
activities will be Monday. the thir
teenth. It will be devoted to alumni
activities. tinting the mornhg the
renter class day exercises and the an
nual meeting of the Alumni Associa
tion will be conducted. In the after
noon the mentbers of the alumni will
hold swaY with a luncheon, parable,
a d:lner and receptions. A Varsity-
Alumni baseball game probably also
Will be arranged.
The commencement exercises at ten
o'clock in the morning nail the senate
luncheon at noon on Tuesday. June
fourteenth will be the last events of

OVER BUCKNELL PLEBES
Take Fifth Victory in Downing

By a sensational • rally in the last
ten minutes of play the fresh:win
basketball team nosed out the Ititek
nell plebes by a 26-24 count Satur
day night in the A rotary. It was
their fifth successive victory. The
next yenning game is with the I'itt
freshmen Friday at Pittsburgh.
The visitors started with a rush
hut. after they hail scored four points

searing spree and took the lead. It
was short-lived, however, and the Or
ange and Blue went into the van
again. Another• spurt on. the part
of the Lions gave them a thirteen to
ten lead which they held at half time.

Flashy Finish
Then came the whirlwind finish of

opponents and knotted the count at
twenty points'. Then' a field goal by
Ansehno gave the Lion cubs a lead
which was the margin of their vic
tory. In the last few minutes the
ball see-sawed from gate end of the
court to the other, both teams gar
nering but two goals apiece, match
ing goal for goal.
Only a close man to man defense
onabled the home team to keep tne
