Dartmouth college has put into
effect this year a tilling which pro
hibits any fraternity fiom pledging a
freshman Eveiy yearling will be re
quired to sign a pledge saying that he
will not pledge or obligate himself m
anv way to any fraternity until lie
comes back as a sophomoic
The prefcientinl system of bidding
will be used. Each sophomore will
submit to the mtci fraternity council

the two lists it will notify the fra
