local telephone company with the Bell
corporation, the college was requested
in July to install its own switch board

been drawn, work began and is, ac

line cable accommodating two hun

uation of this line follows Burrowes

Field with aerial connections for the
fraternities on the campus.,.
Room 105 Old Main, formerly the
Spanish office, will serve for the ex

by a special cable laid there from the
switch. Tentative plans call for
eighteen hour service and during the
other six, from one to seven o’clock
in the morning, the cnlls.wull be
