The budget, which - has been drawn up by the legislative committee of the Board of Trus tees, in conjunction with President Sparks and the deans of the dif ferent schools, calls for an appropriation of $3,423,800 to be used for tthe maintenance of the College, the erection of new buildings made necessary by the rapid growth of the student body, and for all other expenses connected with the institution.
