lnterclass Basketball.
The seniors opened the interclass
league last Wednesday night with
an easy victory over the junior
team. Capt. Gockley's men gave
an unusual exhibition of form for
frso early in the season winning 34 to
18.
The juniors were weakened by
the absence of several of their last
year’s stars but promise to develop
a fast quintet from the material at
The freshmen were initiated into
the basket league by a drubbing at
the hands of the sophomores. The
game was rough and poorly played.
The final score was 21 to 11.

Bellefonle Academy team in the
Armory Saturday night and a good
game is expected.

Varsity Wrestling Schedule
The wrestling schedule as ariang
ed by Manager Hess includes five
meets, four of which will be held
on the local mats. Lafayette and
Pitt are new teams on the Blue and
White schedule, but both should
furnish interesting meets because of
the opening of athletic relations in
football in the case of the former
and the existing rivalry in the case
of the latter in all branches of
sports. Navy is once again on the
schedule, together with Lehigh and
Indiana. Another trip may be ar
ranged for the end of the season.
Cornell was dropped because the
Ithacans refused to consider a meet
at Penn State and could not offe:
sufficient guarantee for a meet at
Ithaca.
