Y. M. C. A. NOTES. Prof. Norman Richardson of the chair of Religious Psychology and Pedagogy of Boston University school of Theology is to be 'here September 27 and 28 to train lead ers in Bible study and also to take charge of Sunday services. W. S. Hoffman 'll sailed on September 6 to take up his new work in the Syrain Protestant Col lege at Berut. Physical Director Lewis, S. M. Dean, P. Jones and H. R. Austin attended the Physical Director's Conference held under the auspices of the Y. M. C. A. Mr. Timothy Hughes, last year an instructor in English at the col lege is in charge of the Cosmopoli tan Club work at Columbia Univer sity, under the direction of the Y. M. C. A. The first Y. M. C. A. meeting will be held at 6:30 p. m., Sunday in the Auditorium. All are wel come. Don'ts for the Freshman The following are a few customs and regulations which have been lived up to in the past, and which must be recognized by the individ uals of the class of 1917, if they wish to prevent friction with the hazing tribunal:- 1. Do not walk upon the grass of the Campus. 2. Do not smoke outside. 3. Do not have cuffs on trows ers. 4. Do not associate with the fair sex. ; j 5. Do nqt part with green dome. 6. Do not be without matches. 7. Do not obstruct the path of of upper-classmen. 8. Do not speak disrespectfully to upper-classmen. 9. Do not linger on the Co-op corner. 10.
