an institute of medical research.
The Tennie Squad
At a meeting of the Association
held on May 13th the following
regulations were made regarding
the tennis squad.
The squad shall consist of all
members of the previous years'
team, and of any men showing
ability and picked by coach Lewis.
The squad shall constitute ten men,
who shall be rated according to
their ability. The tennis team shall
be chosen foom the squad accord
ing to the judgement of Coach
Lewis.
Any man riot on the squad may
challange in an official match the
man rated as tenth on the squad
for his position.
The Tennis Association also an
nounces that entries are now being
taken for the Stevenson Cup

Freshman-Sophomore Track Meet
Owing to the fact that no classes
will be held on Friday afternoon,
May 30, the annual scrap has been
scheduled for that time.
Any member of the two lower
classes is eligible, excepting those
who expect to be taken on that
date to the inter-collegiates held at
Boston. •
As both classes contain a num
ber of good men in the various
events an exceptionally hard meet
can IC expected. The admission
fee will be ten cents, and it is the
desire of the managers that a suffi
cient crowd will turn out to make
the meet not only a success but
also a financial benefit to the class
treasuries.
Inter-Fraternity Track Meet
Immediately after the La Crosse
game, Saturday, a track meet will
be held among all fraternities in
college desiring to enter. The
meet will consist of the fourteen
regular events and will be conduct
ed in regular track meet order.
The limit of entrants from a frater
nity for any particular event is two.
All fraternity men are eligible
with the exception of those eating
at the track table and former var
sity men, who have not responded
this year for track work.
Steins will be awarded to winners
of first and second places and a
banner will be given to the frater
nity scoring the highest number of
points.

your registration fee of $5.00 at
your earliest convenience. It in
sures better accommodations and
also saves time at the conference.
The special fee of $1.75 for the
Junior civils is only payable here.
This is a decided reduction and was
granted by special action of the
committee.

Athletics is a bigger word than it was;
it means the Open; it spells Outdoors.
It has ushered in the Country Life.
