    Y. M. C. A. Entertainment.
On Saturday, November, 18 the
second of the series of entertain-
ments in the Y. M. C. A. course
was given at the Auditorium, a fair
sized audience being present.
The entertainment consisted of
"Chapin as Lincoln", a monologue
in four sections by Mr. Chapin in
costume, representing our great
martyred president. As a prolo
gue Mr. Chapin gave a speech
which was delivered by IMr. Lincoln
just before his first journey to
Washington. Later the represen
tation was of Lincoln at the begin
ning of the Civil War, during the
war, and finally at the close of the
war on the evening of his assassina
tion.
The entertainment was very en
joyable, amusing as well as sad, as
Mr. Lincoln was depicted in all his
different moods, and to those who
have seen both the "original and
imitations," it is said the likeness
seems perfect.

You'll find here a fine line of bags for traveling; there's

such togs, too. Auto coats, warm gloves, caps for it,
warm stuff for body and feet.
Fine furnishings, things you,ll be delighted with.
Shirts'and neckwear. There's nothing in fine dress for
