Second Band Concert On Sunday evening, November 19, 1911, the Cadet Band will offer their second concert of the year in the Auditorium at eight o'clock. Although the attendance at the last concert was not large, owing to the inclemency of the weather, the fact that the excellent interpretation of the more serious numbers, together with the splendid rendition of the lighter operatic airs, was more than appreciated was demonstrated by the spontaneous applause. Under the competent direction of P. M. Snavely, 'l2, the band has again prepared a concert that will dem onstrate to the visitors during the Pennsylvania Day celebration that we are the proud possessors of a band, the quality of which is far above the average. The band will be assisted by Alex Gray 3rd, upon whose vocal ability no comment is necessary. As every one knows a large audience is conducive to greater effort, and therefore let us have "All Out" at the Auditorium on Sunday evening. Philadelphia Club Feed The opening meeting of the Philadelphia Club was helifln Mc- Allister Flail after the wrestling meet last Friday evening. Follow ing some good eats and a stag dance, the evening's enjoyment concluded with a sleight-of-hand performance, some choice stories, and some singing—not i 6 • choice. With about 75 men present, much good fellowship prevailed, and the affair was a big success. The meeting augurs well for the success of the Club this year, and undoubtedly served its purpose well of arousing the interest of the men, and getting the year's work started.
