Sec. 6. The Graduate Manager
shall be the financial agent of the
Association. He shall make all con
tracts and schedules and be directly
responsible for all business trans
acted under the Association.
Sec. 7. The Minot Sports Coun
cil shall be the governing body of
the Association. Their actions ate
subject to the approval of thi. Fac
ulty Advisory Committee
, ARTICLE V
Wrestling Department
Section 1. The officers of the
Wiestling Department shall be a
Captain, a Manager, and three As-!
sishnt Managers.
Sec. 2. Immediately after the
close of the wiestling, season., the
Minor Sports Council shall, by bal
lot, choose the manager for the fol
lowing year.
Sec. 3. The Wiestling Depart
ment, i. e. the members of the
wrestling squad, together with
the retiring manager and the man
ager elect, shall, attei the election
stated in Section 2 of this article,
elect three assistant managers from
the Sophomore class.
Sec. 4. The Wrestling Squad
shall be determined by the Captain
and Minor Sports Athletic Directoi.
Sec. 5. It shall be the duty of
the Student Manager under the di
rect supeivisioh of the Graduate
Manager to attend to all business
matters incident to this depaz tam r.
He shall keep a recoicl of games
played, players, arid length of time
played by each man, on a special
blank furnished him by the Secre
tary. This blank shall be properly
filled out and s , gned by the Man.

tion with the Minoi Sports Athletic

ing to the welfaie of his team.
Sec. 9. The privilege of wear
ing the S. W.T. shall be granted to
any member who has participated
in one-half the iegulaily scheduled
meets and to the iegulaily elected
student manager.
ARTICLE VI
Tennis Department
Section 1. The office's of the
Tennis Depaitment shall he a Cap
tain, a Manager and three Assist
ant Manages s, _

the Minoi Sports Council shall, by
ballot, choose the mandgcr for the

to the department, and to preserve

Sec. 7. The Captain for the fol

regular scheduled meets, and the
student manager.
Sec., 8. The Captain shall have
absolute direction of his team on
the courts during a match. He
shall have the decisive vote in the
selection of his team and shall act
in coniuo ion with the Minm Sports
Athletic Director and the Coach,
should there be one, in all matters
pertaining to the welfare of his
team. '
ARTICLE VII
Intercoliege Department
Section 1. This department shall
be made up of the various class
league teams and any other intmol
lege teams which may exist and
which in the opi .ion of the Minor
Sports Council deserve recognition
in this department
Sec. 2. The officers of each of
these teams shall be a Capta:n and a
Manager.
Sec. 3. The managers of the
teams shall be elected by the vari
ous classes.
Sec. 4 The duties of officers in
this department coriespond to those
of the officers of the wrestling and
tennis depat tments.
Sec. 5. The award of numerals,
trophies, etc. shall be governed by
tl e Minor Sports Council in connec
tion with the captain and manager
horn the various teams.
Sec. 6. When 'any team in the
Intercollege Depatiment obtains suf . -
ficent prominence and success it will
be placed in a separate depaittr. nt
and its members awarded the S. ? ,
T. This matter is to be decided by
the Minor Sports Association.

Finances
Section 1. Each department
must be self supporting. The Intex
college department is divided into
sub-departments, each one of which
is self suppoitisig.
Sec. 2. Money, fiohi one depait
ment cannot be used by another de
partment, except by action of the
Minor Spoits Council in connection
with the various captains and mana
gers concerned.
ARTICLE 111
Any pact; of the By-laws, except-
Irv, Article I Section 3 and Article
11, may be amended or repealed at

scniois defeating the Juniors by the
score of 4 to 2. Nineteen Eleven
