The Second Semest er.
Examinations are over. I To some
they 'me,nt - success and to others fail
ure. BLit examination weeks with
out failures are well nigh impossible,
and the viaining that such a result
brings should 'be the incentive to
better work. Now is the time to
take stock. Every man knows
whether he is doing justice.to him
self, andlo those who send him here,
better than any one else. A col
lege man should be' a thinking man
and a map , who thinks at all should
know his bwn personal standing
Some of the failures can no doubt
be attributed to hard luck and cir
cumstances, and to those the ex
perience should not be a bad blow.
We have the chance for a square
deal here, and little difficulties can
be straightened out in a manner
Satisfactory to all parties concerned.
