was pledged last year towards his support, should serve to stimulate interest in the work. Five courses have been arranged: on China, South America, India, Immigration, and on City Problems. The work is all practical, the aim being to secure a comprehensive view of conditions in foreign lands and of our relation towards them. The leaders are endeavoring to see every man in college, but if anyone is missed, he is urged to join one of these classes. Prof. C. D. Fehr is arranging to conduct a party of fifteen which will sail for Germany in June of next year and will return about the first of September. The object of the trip will be to make a study of German life, language, and literature, and to visit many points of interest in that country, including Heidel berg, Frankfurt, Cologne, and points along the Rhine.
