    AMONG OTHER COLLEGES.
The freshmen class at Lafayette
has 171 men. Of these 72 have al
ready been pledged by fraternities.
"It's the little things in this world
that tell," remarked the young lady
as she pulled her younger brother
out from under the sofa.
Judged from the standpoint of
numbers, the University of Paris is
the largest in the world. Last year
it had an enrollment of over 16,600.
Harvard has started a course in
business education. The degree
which will be given is entitled M. B.
A. which means Master in Business
Administration. '
Ziegler, who played guard on the
U. of P. eleven last year, and who
was chosen by Walter Camp for the
all-American team of 1907, is coach
ing the Mercersburg Academy
eleven.
According to an appeal issued by
Captain Walders of the Cornell
eleven, the number of candidates
who have reported for the varsity
football team is entirely too small.
His letter to the students says that
there are several positions still un
filled on the varsity, and he calls for
additional candidates to come out
and help remedy the situation.
According to reports from Ithaca,
campus tickets for freshmen at a
dollar apiece are the latest sopho
more device at Cornell. It leaked
out last week that several men, sup
posed to be sophomores, had sold a
number of these to freshmen. The
latter were told that the tickets o ould
entitle them to admission to all uni
versity buildings, courteous treat
ment from professors, and preced
ence in the registration line.
