1910 Class Meeting.
At a meeting of the junior class
on Tuesday evening G. E. Ogilvie
and W. R. Lams were elected to
the Student Board. Eight other
men were elected to the Student
Council of twenty-five, and the
members of the Council, in addi
tion to the two named, are as fol
lows: D K. Sloan, J. M. McKee,
R. Buka, L. M. Fisher, A. W.
Fisher, E. W. Stitt, J. E. Platt,
and C. A. Schnerr.
A step was taken which deserves
hearty commendation, namely, the
establishing of. a 1910 loan fund.
The balance due for the past two
years on the damage deposits of the
members of the class, amounting to
about $l3OO, has been taken to
form the nucleus of a loan fund.
During the next two years this will
be loaned to members of the class,
and after that time to students by a
method which will probably be simi
lar to that of the college fund. The
deposits for the coming two years
will also be added to it, making the
amount available considerably more
than $2OOO.
