Prof. Foss Married Prof. F. E. Foss, who was form- erly the head of the Civil Engineer ing department, and who now oc cupies a similar position in the Car n tgie Technical Schools, was mar ried on Wednesday of this week to Miss Louise Rust, of Cleveland.
