The game was fully as fast as the
average varsity, contest and at no
time was either side sure of victory
until the end. The freshmen scored
first and after that both teams
seemed to alternate in scoring, the
half ending 11 to 9 for 1911. About
the middle of the second half the
sophomores obtained a lead which
they maintained during the rest of the
game. Many good plays were exe
cuted which showed the preparation
made by both sides. For the fresh
men Barnett and Amidon led their
team mates in playing, while for the
sophomores Humes played a good
game at guard After the game
both teams were given a feed at Mc-

Minstrel Show.
The Pharsonians Minstrel Show
has been postponed to Saturday,
May 2nd. ,It was impossible to se
cure tne services of Mr. C. W.
Couch, of Pittsburg, in time to get
into shape for an April date, and the
committee does not intend to put on
the show until the rx en have had
some expert coaching in their parrs.
The program has been arranged and
the circle men are rehearsing their
songs, while the specialty committee
has a number of rare stunts up its
sleeve.
