Attendance-2500. The Final Baseball Trip. The recent Eastern trip of our Varsity nine was a grand success. Although rain spoilea the Perin game as usual, and a very dubious decision by the umpire snatched away a chance for another victory over Princeton, our team displayed their real strength by defeating Delaware College 8 to 1, and shutting out Laf ayette 3 to 0. Every effort was made by Manager Morgan to trans fer the Penn game to May 28th, but Penn's manager would not hear to this proposition, claiming that his team - needed to practice next day. As Lafayette had trimmed Penn 10 to 2, a good victory looked certain for our team. Lee F. Adams, 'O6, now located in Schenectady, was recently married.
