held on Tuesday evening, with the

The amendment to the constitution
of the association establishing a com
mittee to which all expenditures not
otherwise provided for shall be re
ferred was adopted.

The West Point Game
On the recent eastern trip two
games were won out of three played,
the Fordham contest being called off
on account of rain. As State's
nines have defeated Fordham for
several years past the postponent of
this game is -not so much of a dis
appointment.
The opening game was played
with the Army at West Point. Both
nines fielded loosely and batted
heavily, but
_from the start State's
victory was assured. The treat
ment accorded our players was
splendid.

The Villanova Game.
After winning sixteen straight vic
tories our varsity lost to Villanova
in a well played game. The Villa
novans won out by hard and timely
batting in the first five innings,
Lynch not being in his usual good
form. Although State's team
fought hard and played a good up
hill game, the handicap of six runs
was too much to overcome.
Peloquin's fine pitching and the field
ing of the players * back of him,
especially of Murray and Daniels,
won the game, The Score :
