HAPPENINGS.
On last Friday , evening the sub
freshmen, to the number of thirty
six, enjoyed an informal "feed" at
McAllister Hall. Swank acted as
master of ceremonies, and short
talks were given by Ticknor,
Wright, Hollinger, Lynch, Rhoads,
Crutchley, Peck, Strieby, Chap
man, Werner, and the chairman
of the class, S. B. Rote. The idea
of such a gathering is a new one,
but the "preps" seemed to enjoy
it thoroughly.
Dr. Wadsworth has just received
