    Scranton Clubs Widens Out,
That all students from Lacka
wanna county will hereafter be eligi
ble for membership in the Scranton
Club was decided at the last meet
ing of this organization. Such act
ion will widen the scope and in
fluence of the club’s work con
siderably. Prof. Reber was present,
and gave a talk on how to do the
most effective work for the college
in the county. A plan was arranged
by which views of the buildings and
grounds may be exhibited at the
Scranton High School.
Reading Club Gives Prize.
A silver Cup, given by the Read
ing Club, is to be one of the prizes
at the interclass field and track meet
of the Reading High School, which
will be held on April 1. A number
of members of the club will officiate
in various capacities at the meet.
This is one of the various ways in
which this energetic organization is
endeavoring to interest prospective
students from Berks County in the
college. From present indications
they expect to double their member
ship next year.
COLLEGE ORBIT
Swarthmore’s success in building
“top notch” athletic teams out of a
hundred and fifty men is due to the
fact that every man is required to
try for at least one team and keep
