Continued foom page 1 The Bureau of Soils at Washing ton has assigned, for certain investi gations connected with the experi ments conducted for so many years at the Experiment Station, Messrs. C. L. Cook and F. R. Reid. It has also been determined by the Bureau of Soils at Washington that a soil survey of Centre county shall be made about May Ist, by a special corps of workers detailed by the Department of Agriculture, who will work independently of the College, but the results of whose work will be of immense importance in help ing to interpret the work which the Station has already done in field ex periments. Active efforts are now being made to organize the Bureau of Forestry, so that students who are looking to a course in this department may have their work rounded up in such a way as to enter upon a full and well defined course in advanced work next September. From this meagre outline of what has been done on “Agricultural Hill,” it will be seen that there are life, energy and progress in abun dance, which give assurance of great success in the future.
