Mr. Kinsloe was graduated from the Electrical depart ment of State College in 1903, with the degree of Bachelor of Science. He was employed in the Westing house Electric and Manufacturing Company's works at East Pittsburg, Pa., for some time after graduating from college, and for the past two years has been engaged in experi mental laboratory work in the en gineering department of the Phila delphia Electric Company. Mr. Kinsloe brings to the position unusual qualifications. He has chosen teaching as his profession, and will form a valuable addition td the faculty of the University.
