W. T. DUNN
THE STATE COLLEGIAN
will be held to pick the team which
will represent State in the inter-col
legiate debate. The other colleges
in the league are Swarthmore, Dick
inson and F. & M.
Last year State won the debate
in fine style and a great fight will be
made this year to retain the title of
champion. All the members of our
victorious team are in college and
the prospects are very bright indeed.
In addition to these men, a lot of new
material has shown up which makes
the prospect look very promising.
The fight for the team will be hot,
and it is expected that a good crowd
will turn out to encourage the de
baters next Friday night. The sub
ject is " Resolved, That the Fif
teenth Amendment to the Constitu
tion of the United States should be
repealed." State has chosen to
defend the negative of this subject.

absently up,
And solemnly passed the hash.
