COLLEGE NOTES Murray Heaton, ex-'OB, spent Monday and Tuesday here visiting his former classmates. The Kappa Sigma Fraternity won an interesting game of baseball last week on the athletic field from the Bellefonte Academy team. A number of students met last Monday night and endorsed Mayor Weaver of Philadelphia for Governor of Pennsylvania. The annual address before the Phi Kappa Phi fraternity this year will be delivered by Frank P, Graves, Ph.D. LL.D. He will speak on "Our Debt to President Eliot."
