President's Return President Atherton returned Wed nesday of last week from his vacation in the Southwest. The President was granted a vacation on account of ill health, and we are very glad to learn that the charge of climate did him so much good that he expected to enter at once upon his duties here and would have done so if the climate had not given him a tem porary relapse. He was able to be out to chapel Friday morning and to give a brief talk to the student body. He spent most of his vacation in southern California. Returning he had a very delightful ocean trip from New Orleans to New Yorx. The students are glad to have him back in time to take charge of the Com mencement arrangements, and they hope that his health will continue improving. The Thespians at Bellefonte. The Thespians gave the second performance of their play, "Facing the Music" last Friday night in the Bellefonte opera house. The play was given under the auspices of the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution for the benefit of the Bellefonte hospital. The opera house was well filled with a highly appreciative audience. The play was well received and encores were numerous. A very appro priate stage setting added to the success of the performance. The cast was the same as when given here at the college and the same men distinguished themselves. After the performance a com plimentary dance was given the Thespians in the Bush Arcade.
