The old saying that “there are just as good fish in the sea as ever were caught ” held true here for although some of the old stand bys ware missed, the performance this year was just as good if not better than ever before. ‘ ‘ Pop ’ ’ Golden as interlocutor, was better than ever. Saunders, Waller, and Reznor the end men kept the house in an uproar with their jokes and catchy songs, while the ballads by Saunders, Dawson and Rippel were well sung. Although one of the Holmes Bros, had a bad cold, they made a hit, while “Casey” Fawkes with his “Dooley Philoso phy” was extremely funny. The street car sketch which wound up the performance, was the best thing in that line that the Pharsonians have offered for years and if some of .the details are worked out a little better, it will make a big hit at Commence ment.
