FLAG RUSH i st. The flag rush must take place between the opening of the Spring term and the commence ment of June examinations. 2nd. The flag must be raised within the following limits : Along the road beyond Beaver Field west to the college barns, south along the road to the Bellefonte Central tracks, along the railroad to College Ave., east to the Experiment Sta tion road. 3rd. Pole and flag shall be rais ed by the Freshman class. 4th. In order to win, the Fresh men must fly their flag on their pole within the prescribed time and limits, and keep it there until eight o’clock of the morning of the rush. sth. In order to win, the Sopho mores must tear the flag from the pole before eight o’clock, or take it from Freshmen or a Freshman with in the designated limits. 6th. The use of barb and other varieties of wire (not including net ting), climbers, or other imple ments likely to cause serious injury are strictly prohibited in this and every other rush. GENERAL RULES. (1) College caps are not to be worn by Freshmen prior to the second semester of the Freshman year. (2) Class caps shall not be worn before Easter of the Sophomore year.
