—Miss Helen Atherton left for
Philadelphia last Tuesday, where
she will purchase a new piano for
the Old Chapel.
—Albert S. Butler, ’O6, left col
lege on Tuesday for Ann Arbor.

—C. H. Campbell, ’O7, is ill at
his home in West Chester. He
played in the. Pennsylvania game
and was taken sick with typhoid
fever shortly after.
—Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dick
inson have returned to their home
in Chicago, after an extended trip
abroad. Mrs. Dickinson, nee Miss
Helen A. Snyder, was the popular
Lady Principal at this institution
for the past two years. The Col
legian wishes her a long and
happy married life.
—O. C. Snyder, who entered
State from Lehigh last year, is here
to complete his course and act as
assistant in mechanical drawing.
—Dr C A. Brown, of the Sugar
Experiment Station of Louisiana,
formerly instructor in the chemic
al department here, was looking
up old acquaintances last week.
—W. N. Golden returned to
town on Saturday after an anxious
stay at the bedside of Mrs. Golden,
who was seriously ill with ap
pendicitis at a private sanitorium
in Philadelphia. Mrs. Golden is
recovering.
—Cap’t Lawton, USA. Com
mandant of Cadets at the college,
has returned to his duties after an
extended trip abroad. Mrs Law
ton, who accompanied him, was
delayed and did not reach town
until last Saturday evening.
JUNIOR ELECTRICALS MEET.
The Junior Electricals held a
meeting in the Engineering Build
ing last Tuesday evening. It was
decided that a “Feed” be given the
Senior Electricals at Harrison’s
next Saturday evening. Kline,
Clark and Hershey were appointed
on the banquet committee. John
Mahaffey was elected captain of the
Electrical section foot-ball team,
with “Doc” Christman as manager.
