—On Sunday night, March 20th, the Y. M. C. A. was ad dressed by Paul L. Corbin, Traveling Secretary of the Student Movemlent for Foreign Missions. —The spring term of the college year opened 11 o’clock, Wed nesday morning, April 6th. J, A. Fries, having secured a year’s leave of absence for study in Europe, left for Bonn,, Germany, where respiration-calori meter work is carried on. During his absence he will make a visit at his former home in Sweden. —The battalion of cadets has been reorganized on account of men being excused for athletics and other purposes. Instead of six companies as in the fore part of the year the battalion now •consists of four. —The following have been chosen to constitute the 1906 La Vie board: Editor-in-chief, O. C.
