    —Dr. William Frear, Professor of Agricultural Chemistry, has
been appointed by the Director of Congresses of the St. Louis
Exposition as a member of the Committee on Organization for
the International Pure Food Congress to be held in connection
with the Exposition.
—A recent addition to the College Orchestra is a double bass
viol. The orchestra as now organized consists of the following:
