On Wednesday, March 16th, State lost the last game of the basket ball season to Wilkes-Barre on our own floor. The armory was crowded, and very good encouragement was giVen our team, but they could not move with their quick and heavy opponents. Time after time the Wilkes-Barre men seemed to stand and watch our team play a pretty passing game, but when State attempted to shoot the ball rarely reached the basket. On the other hand Wilkes-Barre s passing was generally clean and quick, and sup plemented by a goal. The final score was 20-10. The line-up: SIATE - POSITION. WILKES-BARRE.
